A natural landmark linked to Dante, the waterfall of Acquacheta between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna, near the village of San Benedetto in Alpe, was mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy, Inferno, Canto XVI, 94-105, after his passage by San Benedetto in Alpe on the way to exile from Florence in the winter of 1302 and 1303 AD.

Thank you very much Cindy. We can only reach Acquacheta by hiking a couple of hours on a forest path. And our village is at the beginning of the path. It's truly beautiful nature.
